Blue Heron Beach Resort offers picturesque views of Lake Bryan and Walt Disney World. Opened in 2006, this resort offers condominiums in a collection of high-rise towers. Business amenities include high-speed Internet access and fax/photocopy service. The Blue Heron Beach Resort offers a 6,000-square-foot free-form heated pool, children's pool and hot tub. FOR ALL NEW BOOKINGS FOR 2008, A 14-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY APPLIES. Amenities: Equipped with its own dock, the lakefront resort does not stint on water sports: water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, kayaking, power boating, and a wetlands walkway are all available on site or nearby. A 6,000-square-foot pool with adjacent spa tub, a children's pool, a miniature golf course next door, and a fitness center provide further recreation options. A concierge assists with activities, while the business center and complimentary wireless Internet access allow guests in town for business (the Orange County Convention Center is just 2.5 miles away) to stay in touch. Dining: This resort does not have any restaurants but there are several dining options in the surrounding area. Nearby restaurants: Outback Steakhouse Bennigan's Grill & Tavern Lone Star Steakhouse Bahama Breeze Tuscany's Ristorante Rooms: This resort offers one- and two-bedroom condos in 16-story buildings with lake-view balconies. All have full kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens/ranges, microwaves, double sinks, and garbage disposals. Additional amenities include separate living rooms, jetted tubs, and washers and dryers. Cable TV, DVD players, and high-speed Internet access are included. All One Bedroom Suites have a maximum occupancy of 6 people, and all Two-Bedroom suites have a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
